Personal Training

We are nationally certified personal trainers that have been in the business for over 20 years. Our personal training program involves tailored workouts designed to help clients achieve their individual goals, which range from weight loss, injury prevention and rehabilitation to general conditioning. We work with clients of all ages and abilities, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

As co-owners of Studio in the Heights, our services and expertise extend beyond personal training. We provide a comprehensive physical assessment, incorporating the three circles of health: Fitness, Fuel and Focus, which are fundamental to maintaining a healthy and balanced mind and body. Our focus is a holistic approach—only when all principles are balanced properly can we achieve optimal health. 

We are certified Master Trainers, and we offer personal training sessions virtually and in person. We also offer personal training sessions with our Studio in the Heights coaches. Click below to contact us, and we can build a program that’s right for you.

Personal Training FAQs

  • Yes! We train clients over Zoom as well as in person at our studio, which is located in Washington Heights (500 Ft. Washington Avenue). We also offer in-home personal training.

  • Several of our Studio in the Heights coaches provide personal training. Training takes place virtually or in person at the Studio. Contact us for more information!

  • Yes! Priest and Lisa are certified Master Trainers. They have over 20 years of experience working with clients and have numerous certifications in nutrition and fitness. They offer virtual and in-person Personal Training.

  • Good question! Personal Training sessions with our coaches and Master Trainers are one-on-one. These sessions may be virtual or in person, and they are tailored to help clients reach their personal training goals.

    Shared Personal Training offers in-person, small group sessions where participants move through a strength circuit designed to target major muscle groups. Sessions are 45-minutes long and limited to 4 participants.

    All of our training opportunities are open to both beginners and seasoned athletes!
